Stationary dredges

Customised solutions to maximise extraction productivity

Each quarry presents specific challenges that a standard dredge cannot always solve effectively. Clayey bottoms, submerged vegetation, seasonal material variations: situations that can compromise the profitability of extraction activities if not addressed with the appropriate technical approach.

Custom design for concrete results

Eurodredging analyses the specific characteristics of each site to identify the optimal configuration. Often targeted modifications to proven techniques allow significant productivity increases, transforming ‘difficult’ quarries into profitable operations.

Our approach: site evaluation, critical point identification, specific solution design, implementation and operational support.

Industrial reference components

Operational reliability is based on the integration of components from world-leading companies:

  • IHC and WARMAN dredging pumps: maximum efficiency and durability in intensive conditions
  • IVECO, CATERPILLAR, MAN engines: power and consumption optimised for continuous use
  • REINTJES gearboxes: transmissions specific for marine applications
  • REXROTH LINDE hydraulic components: precision and reliability in controls

Operational versatility: interchangeable systems

The ability to rapidly modify configuration represents a decisive competitive advantage. Interchangeable cutting units allow switching from traditional cutter systems to water-jet technologies, optimising performance based on evolving quarry conditions.

Available dredging systems:

  • Mechanical cutters for consolidated materials and vegetation presence
  • Water-jet for productivity increases up to 25–30% on suitable materials
  • Auger systems for applications in dense materials

Complete configurations

All models can be equipped with:

  • Spud poles for precise positioning
  • Anchor boom for efficient anchor handling
  • Integrated screening and dewatering plants for commercial material production
  • Automated loading systems for logistics optimisation

Continuous operational support

The dedicated spare parts warehouse ensures machine downtime reduced to a minimum. For integrations on existing hulls, we supply the pre-assembled ‘technological heart’ (engine, clutch, gearbox, pump) on customised base frame.

Certified quality

Design and construction according to RINA, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, Germanischer Lloyd, Det Norske Veritas and American Bureau of Shipping standards for operability in any international context.
