Eurodredging provides preventive and corrective maintenance for dredges, screening plants and dewatering units. The service covers diagnostics, component replacement, system adjustment and continuous operational support.

- IHC and WARMAN dredging pumps: performance monitoring, regeneration, impeller replacement
- IVECO, CATERPILLAR, MAN engines: periodic maintenance, diagnostic checks, calibration
- REINTJES gearboxes: oil level and quality monitoring, seal replacement
- Hydraulic systems: filtration verification, cylinder wear checks, valve replacement
- Control systems and proportional actuators: functionality verification, firmware updates
Screening and treatment equipment:
- Vibrating screens: screen cloth replacement, elastomer support inspection, balancing
- Dewatering units: cleaning and inspection, bearing replacement, motor verification
- Auxiliary pumps and motors: operation monitoring, preventive maintenance

Service modes

We maintain a spare parts inventory for components subject to wear. For components not in stock, our supplier network enables rapid sourcing.
Remote technical support
For non-critical issues, we offer telephone diagnostics and direct operational support. This reduces the need for on-site intervention and limits downtime when problems can be resolved through instructions and checks performed by your team.
On-site maintenance
For scheduled maintenance or failures requiring direct intervention, we deploy specialist technicians to site. Interventions include execution of maintenance and complete functional verification before operational restart.
